QUICK MIX: CHOCOLATE BARK

QUICK MIX: CHOCOLATE BARK

We have baked bread together, even made almond milk, it is time we make chocolate! I kid you not this may be the most simple and most delicious thing so far. I mean it is chocolate after all, you can't go wrong. I kept is basic for the post but honestly you can get crazy with this and add anything which tickles your taste buds. Some ideas are crystallized ginger, goji berries, seeds, chilli, play with it. Blow your guests away when they come round with home made chocolate bark!

What you need:

2 x Green & Black's 70%-85% organic dark chocolate bars

chopped almonds/ Maldon sea salt / shredded coconut flakes

parchment paper/ double boiler or a glass bowl over a pot / baking tray

How:

Over a medium flame with hot water add your glass bowl. Place the chocolate bars broken up into the bowl. Stir occasionally until it is melted all the way!

Place parchment paper over baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate over the parchment paper in any shape that suits your chocolate needs. Add the toppings.

Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes. Break up into chunks or serve whole. EAT.

Keep in airtight container and refrigerated.
