Screen time is the biggest parenting issue of our time. Teenagers spend on average 6 hours a day staring at their devices. What does this look like for our future generation? Are they able to communicate with the world or do they live in a false sense of reality and dopamine? After many attempts of asking my stepson to get off his phone, he confronted us on our own screen usage. If we are to lead by example as parents, we need to set up our own healthy boundaries with our online lifestyle.
